Emily L. Woodward represents and advises clients in matters of estate planning, probate, banking, business organizations, real estate, hospital and school law, and civil litigation. She distinguished herself early in her career, receiving several awards and honors as a law student. In addition to participating in the Regional Moot Court, she received the Alexander Martin Prize in Evidence and graduated as a member of the Order of the Barristers. Ms. Woodward was also Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Woodward belongs to the Phelps County and Missouri Bar Associations. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and Council of School Attorneys. She attended the University of Missouri at Columbia where she obtained her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science degrees.
