Dan L. Birdsong has been an attorney since 1971 and has participated in over one hundred jury trials. He has assisted clients who need quality representation in matters of medical malpractice, criminal defense, products liability, insurance defense, and automobile and construction accidents. Prior to private practice, Mr. Birdsong was an Assistant Public Defender and the Phelps County Prosecuting Attorney.

Mr. Birdsong has served as President of the Phelps County Bar Association and also belongs to the American and Missouri Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Association of Defense Trial Lawyers. A Graduate of the National College of Advocacy, Mr. Birdsong also has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Birdsong earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri and holds a Bachelor's degree from Westminster College.
